This year, I tried for the first time to grow my own cut flowers. It was hard to try and balance “the proper way” of growing them with my budget and space. Many flower-growing things come in quite large quantities and it was hard knowing what I needed to spend money on and what I could do without. It was, to my surprise, a success. I am 100% planning to do it again next year with more flowers, and more prep. This is a compilation of my bouquets from this year. I walked into this with zero skill, and zero experience. So, if you learn nothing else from me, learn this: try new things, even if you think you're not talented. If you have any questions about my process, just send me a message, I’d love to chat with you about what I’ve learned about growing my own cut flowers!
